The Hillside Resort is the perfect place to get away from it all to relax and enjoy nature. We have 11 cabins, 8 of which are open year round. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units to meet the needs of all families and groups. The resort is located on the stunning south shore of the 4,000 acre Lac Vieux Desert. This lake offers a wide variety of fish such as walleye, perch, crappie, smallmouth and large mouth bass, northern pike and musky. This resort is perfect for fishing year round! We are on the snowmobile, atv/utv trails. The newly remodeled rooms offer a comfortable and stylish place to stay. The free wifi means that you can stay connected even while you’re on vacation, and the close proximity to the lake means that you can make the most of your time outdoors. We offer a private boat launch and a dock for each cabin. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, the Hillside Resort is the perfect place for you.
